Delivery

Orders over $175 inclusive of GST are delivered freight free*

*Free freight excludes additional surcharges. Surcharges applies for Rural, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island deliveries.

Orders are dispatched by courier and can only be delivered to a valid physical address in New Zealand. Please note we are unable to deliver goods to a PO Box address.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

No deliveries can be made on weekends and Public Holidays

Special Delivery Instructions

Should you have a special delivery instruction, please enter the relevant information in “Delivery Instructions” when completing your order. The delivery instructions will be passed onto our courier and driver. Please ensure that you also include your contact details should the courier driver need to contact you.

Customer Requested Delivery Times

If a specific delivery date is requested, please not that whilst we will endeavour to deliver as close to this date as possible, it cannot be guaranteed. See delivery schedule.

Acceptance of Delivery

By signing the courier consignment note, you are accepting that the product has been received by you in good condition.

BEFORE signing the consignment note, please either inspect the goods or sign the consignment note “Subject to Check”.

Goods Delivered Damaged or Lost in Transit

Should you receive goods damaged in transit please notify us within seven days of receipt.

Please leave the goods in the damaged packaging as they were delivered. This will assist with any claims.

Should you not receive your goods within the delivery schedule please email us at webshop@ceres.co.nz. Please have your order confirmation on hand as reference.

Delivery of Incorrect Product

In the unfortunate event that you are sent the wrong product, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered free of charge.

Should we require the incorrect product to be returned, we will arrange a courier to collect it at our cost.

Return and Refund Policy

We will meet our obligation under the Consumer’s Guarantee Act 1993.

Should you receive a product that is of a poor quality or defective please allow us the opportunity to replace the product or substitute it with a better product at our cost.

Refund Procedure for Unavailable Items

In the event that an item is unavailable but paid for at the time of ordering, our Customer Services team will contact you to arrange a refund for that item. Refunds are made using the original payment method and back to the account from which payment was originally made.

Incorrect Product Ordered

If you order a product in error, a refund will be honoured for the product provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, along with the original invoice in a resalable condition, that is, unopened with packaging intact in original condition.

Returned goods that are received damaged will not be considered for a refund.
